I have been married to my officer for almost 9 years. For 2 years in that time he was a reserve and then we returned to full service again. The first 5 years were ugly and hard but now they are redemptive and beautiful. Still hard. But exactly where we are suppose to be. The story I never would have written for myself. An Officer's wife.
At the end of the day...I clean up the toilet paper rox unrolled and tore up, find all the alphabet magnets, pick up all the lost spoons and thank the Lord for this bundle of joy. Man she blesses us.
